Rick Miller, LCB
Rick Miller is a Managing Director and Executive Recruiter at Trade Compliance Recruiting Solutions which specializes exclusively in Trade Compliance recruiting.
As a Licensed Customs Broker, Rick has over 15 years of import/export recruiting experience. Plus he has over 18 years of corporate and government Trade Compliance experience including six years with U.S. Customs and Border Protection and twelve years in private industry.
Rick was previously the Director of Trade Compliance for Electrolux. Prior to that he was at Springs Window Fashions and Vice President, Compliance at Recoton Corporation where he managed the settlement of $14 million in criminal and civil penalties with respect to a pre-existing Customs investigation. He also created and ran Recoton’s Legal Department.
Rick is a graduate of Mansfield University.
He is a supporter and current member of ICPA, past member ICPA Board of Directors, past Treasurer and current ICPA Webmaster.

Linda Lexo, LCB
Linda Lexo is a Managing Director and Executive Recruiter at Trade Compliance Recruiting Solutions which specializes exclusively in Trade Compliance recruiting.
As a Licensed Customs Broker, Linda has 15 years of import/export recruiting experience. She specializes in Trade Compliance/Broker/FF placements. Plus her 20 years of industry experience at UPS includes managing their International Import/Exports as well as 12+yrs in Human Resources actively recruiting, training, hiring new and existing employees on various topics including Career Development training.
Linda is a graduate of State University of New York College at Brockport. She lives in the suburbs of Buffalo, NY and likes it!

Cynthia (Cy) Creed
Cy has been a Talent Acquisition Manager since 2012 having successfully placed people in varying levels of Trade Compliance positions- from Entry Level to Manager to Director.
While working at Praxair (now Linde, a Fortune 500 chemical company), she became well versed in the EAR and ITAR having filed licenses for both the State and Commerce Departments. Determining ECCN’s, filing AES /EEI, using Denied Party Screening tools and selecting modes of transportation (ocean, air, truck and rail) were all a part of her responsibilities. Hazmat certified in IATA, IMDG and the DOT, she became proficient in shipping hazardous cargo as well as helping to arrange the movement of oversized (OOG) project cargo throughout the world.

Colleen Erickson, LCB
Colleen has led teams working on most aspects of importing and exporting: HS classification, Country of Origin determination, Free Trade Agreement eligibility analysis, Anti-dumping and Countervailing Duties risk management, Tariff Engineering, and Broker Management, to name a few. She also managed programs developing software technology applications and solutions that support trade processes, such as invoice and Customs documentation creation, entry writing, Import Security Filing (ISF), import declaration audit, First Sale, and HS and ECCN classification. Colleen is motivated by creating a more efficient and compliant trade organization.
Colleen has a Bachelor’s Degree from The College of St. Scholastica and an MBA from Augsburg University. She also holds a Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute. Colleen splits her time living in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Cape Coral, Florida.

Linda Zyvoloski, LCB
Linda Zyvoloski is a Talent Acquisition Manager, Licensed Customs Broker and Certified Customs Specialist. Her industry experience spans more than 13 years, having worked as a Customs Broker, as well as on behalf of Exporters and Importers (both US based and Non-Resident). Her knowledge and experience in various facets of supply chain offers a unique perspective of international trade, and those who contribute to the growth and development of the manufacturing industry.
Linda is a graduate of Montana State University of Bozeman, MT. She is also an active volunteer and Conference Committee member of the ICPA. When she is not working she can be found enjoying time outdoors with her family camping, fishing or skiing in Bozeman, MT.

Belinda Lasch, LCB
Belinda Lasch is a Talent Acquisition Manager and a Licensed Customs Broker. Retired from UPS, she has 20+ years of Customs brokerage experience. She specialized in import/export training development for all levels from newly hired key-entry employees to Brokerage Compliance Vice Presidents.
Belinda is a graduate of the University of Louisville, with a degree in Industrial Sociology.
As an active alumnus of Up With People, Belinda has been able to experience various cultures and opportunities through travel, contacts, and performing. She continues to volunteer to improve her community with this knowledge.
